Meet Our Team

Meredith A. Byington, MD, FAAP

Dr. Meredith Byington is a Texas native and a graduate of North Mesquite High School. She worked as a registered nurse with Parkland’s Homeless Outreach Medical Services for five years before returning to medical school.

Dr. Byington earned her medical degree from the University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center at Dallas and completed her pediatric residency at Children’s Medical Center of Dallas. Upon graduating from residency, Dr. Byington received the Greater Dallas Pediatric Society “White Hat Award,” an honor awarded by her colleagues who chose a pediatrician based on the criteria of “whom they would choose for their own children.”

Dr. Byington established Kaleidoscope Kids in 2006 and has 20 years in private practice caring for children in Crandall and surrounding communities. She has over 35 years of experience in healthcare, sharing her knowledge with patients and families as part of the Kaleidoscope Kids Family!

Dr. Byington is the mother of three grown children, and outside the office enjoys bird watching and spending time with her husband.

Dr. Cynthia Sirri

Dr. Cynthia Sirri is a compassionate and dedicated board certified pediatrician committed to providing high-quality, family-centered care. She earned her medical degree from Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center School of Medicine and completed her pediatric residency at Oklahoma Children’s Hospital OU Health.

Dr. Sirri is known for her kind, attentive approach and takes pride in building trusted relationships with patients and their families. She is passionate about preventive care and supporting children’s healthy growth and development. Outside the office, she enjoys spending time with her family, participating in church activities, crafting, traveling and jogging!
